Self-Acceptance Healing Session
So.....how does the Self-Acceptance process work? Self-Acceptance with Barbra can be done through a one-time session or in a series, depending on how much you are willing to grow. The goal is for you to be a ‘student to your Self’. Each session you will have insights and changes that will benefit your life. This growth can obviously happen in our lives by ourselves but having someone ‘hold space’ can allow the journey to be easier. Barbra has had the honor of facilitating people into the next level of their joy and abundance for 10 years or one session. People ‘use’ Barbra as a tool in their toolbox to facilitate expression of their innate greatness. What a joy for Barbra! The only agenda or intent held by Barbra is to encourage you to open to the Love and greatness that you already are. You may also come in with a specific intent, which is encouraged. When the intent is set, a session really flows. The session begins with conversation. As Barbra sees the areas where you are holding yourself back, she gently guides you to feel and love that pattern. The process is experiential and the opening and healing can be readily felt in each session. Such is the power of self-acceptance. In session you may be guided through a limiting belief release process, or emotional clearing meditation. This depends on what will serve you most. Specific to what you are facing in your life; Barbra usually gives some 'self-work' at home as well as personal declaration to keep you focused on the Truth of who you are. Through universal principals of acceptance and Barbra’s intuitive guidance, you will begin to change your life. Each session builds on the last, increasing your level of self-understanding and consciousness. Barbra will intuitively ‘read’ what is your central theme for your life and bring understanding to why your life is the way it is. Your mind has practiced the old way of thinking and needs help reconnecting the ‘happy’ centers of the brain. In a self-acceptance healing session, you are assisted towards living the love and beauty you already are. What is the purpose of Self-Acceptance? Self-Acceptance is a conscious evolution of a person’s perception of self. It is a continual co-creative process that shifts self-identity from the limited to the unlimited.We are limited when we define ourselves by our external environment instead of our internal spirit. Continually accepting ourselves as we are powerfully shifts us into the awareness of the love, power and beauty already within. Why don’t we already accept ourselves as the powerful, amazing, gifted spirits that we are? We don’t accept ourselves because we judge our ‘MUD’. (M.U.D. stands for Mindful Understanding of the Density). The ‘MUD’ is our fears, insecurities and guilt, and from these we create patterns of escape. Our patterns of escape become our altered self-identity. These patterns of escape become our way to interact with the world; but they also become our very source of suffering. In nature, mud helps to grow trees and flowers. The MUD in us, if accepted, expands our consciousness and heals our lives. Who can benefit from a Self-Acceptance session? Everyone!! All people, from all different backgrounds, have benefited from self-acceptance sessions.People who come to self-acceptance sessions are guided by their inner spirit. They are ready to take quantum leaps. Self-acceptance is a continual life process of self-growth, and self-acceptance sessions are part of a self-realization process that will empower you to make huge shifts within yourself. Does Self-Acceptance session include homeopathy, holistic healing, guided meditation or other alternative healing and wellness techniques? The body stores unresolved emotions and sometimes needs help releasing. When this is the case, supplemental alternative healing methods may be used to support your journey. Natural healing modalities such as Reiki, homeopathy, herbs, auricular, guided meditation and self-hypnosis may or may not be utilized in your session to assist your healing process.

Self-Hypnosis Statements The body is like clay to the mind. Anything we repeat in our mind our body listens to like an obedient child. To heal we must change the way we think. Our inner dialogue needs to be encouraging and loving to the self and body, not an inner dialogue of self-criticism and ‘should of’ and ‘could of’! A tailored healing statement and breathing exercises are sometimes given in a self-acceptance session to bring about a healthier and happier way of thinking.
